1:1 coaching.
A place to think things through.

I’m Samantha Ventura, a coach and executive advisor based in Indianapolis. I offer one-to-one coaching for the decisions, changes, and everyday patterns you want to think through.

How we begin.

You can contact me with one decision, conversation, or change you want to think through.

Start with your situation

Send a short note about what is happening and what you hope will be different. You do not need to choose a package or arrive with a finished goal.

Talk with me directly

I’ll suggest a call to explore whether coaching fits your situation. I hold a CEC Executive Coach Certification and bring experience in executive leadership and education.

Agree before you commit

We discuss meeting format, session length, frequency, fees, and expectations before you decide whether to proceed.

When coaching can help.

You can begin with something specific that keeps taking up your attention.

A decision you keep revisiting

You can see several options, and each asks something different of you. Bring the choice, the pressures around it, and the question you keep coming back to.

Responsibilities that have changed

Your role or circumstances have shifted. The way you organize your time, communicate, or make decisions may need another look.

A pattern you want to change

You leave the same conversation frustrated, or keep saying yes when your week is already full. Start with one example from an ordinary day.

You can start with a question.

You do not need a finished plan before we talk. Tell me what has been taking up your attention and what you would like to be different. A decision, a conversation you are putting off, or a change in your responsibilities can give us a place to begin.

We can explore whether coaching is a fit and discuss what support could look like. Bring your questions about how we would meet, the time involved, and fees. The starting point is a conversation about your situation.

Work with me directly.

I hold a CEC Executive Coach Certification. My experience includes global executive leadership at CEDIA, directing education and workforce programs, and teaching at Indiana University. I know that the person making the decisions needs support, too.

Before we talk.

Do I need a clear goal before I contact you?

No. You can start with what feels unresolved. Tell me what is happening, what you have tried, and what you hope might be different. We can use that conversation to explore whether coaching fits.

How can I prepare for a first conversation?

Choose one example you would like to discuss. What happened? What made it difficult? What would you like to be able to do differently? You can also bring questions about my experience and how we might work together.

What should we agree on before starting?

We discuss the meeting format, session length, frequency, fees, and expectations before you decide whether to proceed. Tell me about any scheduling or budget constraints in your inquiry so we can include them in that conversation.

What if the issue involves my whole team?

Individual coaching gives you a place to consider your own decisions and responsibilities. When several people need to agree on priorities or how to work together, explore support for your organization or a team retreat.

What would you like to talk through?

Tell me a little about yourself and what brings you here.
